We provide DMV and OASAS approved Impaired Driver Services for clients who have experienced an arrest for DWI, DWAI, DWAI/drugs, as well as other substance related legal problems.

These services include:

• Alcohol and drug use screening
• Impaired driver assessment involving a comprehensive, face-to-face evaluation
• Review of Abstract of Driving Record, arrest report & related documents (provided by you or your attorney)
• Toxicology screen
• Interviews with Collateral Contacts
• Letter of Recommendation
• Input into Impaired Driver System

We adhere to New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) standards for clinical services provided to individuals arrested for impaired driving offenses.
